Privacy Policy

ChronWise is built on a simple promise: we never see, receive, or store the information you enter in your workbook. The workbook (the kit you buy) is a file you download and fill in on your own device. There is no account and no upload for it — nothing you write in it is transmitted to us, ever. The readiness check on our website works the same way: it runs entirely in your browser, and your individual answers are never sent to us.

Our website, however, does use standard analytics and advertising measurement, described below. These are about how the website is used — not about the contents of your workbook.

What we collect on the website

• Product analytics (via PostHog) — anonymous, aggregate usage: which pages load, which buttons are clicked, when a checkout is started, and aggregate readiness-check scores. It does not include your individual readiness-check answers or anything from your workbook.
• Advertising & conversion measurement(via Google — Google Ads and Google Analytics). If you reach us from an ad, these tools help us measure ad performance: page visits, pages viewed, checkouts started, and completed purchases (so a sale can be attributed to the ad that led to it). We share a purchase's order number and amount for this measurement, but not the contents of your workbook.
• Your email — only if you submit it (for the professionals list or post-purchase follow-up).
• Purchase details — handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which processes payment and delivers your files. We do not see or store your card details.

Cookies & how to manage them

PostHog and Google set cookies (and use similar browser storage) to measure the activity above. You can control or remove them at any time:

• Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies, or browse in a private/incognito window.
• Many browsers honor a “Do Not Track” or global privacy control signal.
• You can opt out of Google Ads personalization at adssettings.google.com, and install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

What we never collect

Your account numbers, passwords, document locations, asset lists, or anything you record inside your workbook. There is no mechanism for that information to reach us, by design.
